1Who we are

ClutchTick (“we”, “us”) operates the website at clutchtick.com and the ClutchTick web and desktop apps. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at hello@clutchtick.com.

2Information we collect

• Account information — if you create an account, your display name, email and a securely hashed password. You can also join rooms as a guest with just a temporary nickname.
• Content you create — rooms, messages, room settings and files you choose to share, for as long as the room exists. Temporary rooms and their content are removed when the room ends.
• Voice and video — real-time audio/video is streamed between participants to power calls. We do not record calls.
• Technical data — basic device, browser and connection information needed to deliver and secure the service (for example, to route media and prevent abuse).
• Optional performance data — if you use Esports Mode, on-device performance figures (CPU, memory, ping) are shown to you and only shared if you choose to share a Performance Impact card.

3How we use information

• To create rooms, deliver messages and connect voice, video and screen sharing.
• To keep accounts and rooms secure and to prevent spam, abuse and fraud.
• To operate community features and, where eligible, community rewards.
• To improve reliability and performance of the service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show ads inside private, voice, focus or esports rooms.

4Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run ClutchTick (such as hosting and real-time media infrastructure), and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of people using ClutchTick.

5Data retention

Temporary rooms and their content are deleted when the room ends. Account data is kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@clutchtick.com.

6Your choices & rights

• Join as a guest without an account.
• Access, correct or delete your account information.
• Control microphone, camera and screen sharing per room.
• Manage notifications and modes in Settings.

7Children

ClutchTick is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age.

8Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a clearer notice.
