1Using ClutchTick

You may use ClutchTick to create and join rooms for talking, watching, studying, working, support and play. You can join many rooms as a guest; some features require an account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

2Acceptable use

To keep ClutchTick safe and lightweight for everyone, you agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others’ rights, including intellectual property.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other people, or share illegal or harmful content.
• Send spam, run scams, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
• Disrupt the service, including the media, voice or rewards infrastructure.
• Misuse any hosting or rewards provided through community rewards (see section 4).

3Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to host and deliver that content to the people in your rooms while the service runs. You are responsible for the content you share and for having the rights to share it.

4Community rewards & hosting

Active communities may become eligible for free or sponsored infrastructure (such as game servers, bot or web hosting). Rewards are provided at our discretion, are subject to fair-use and usage limits, may require verification for higher tiers, and can be suspended or terminated if abused or if a community becomes inactive. Reward eligibility is based on genuine activity, not artificial or inflated metrics.

5Accounts & suspension

We may suspend or close accounts or rooms that violate these terms or that put the safety of others or the service at risk. You can stop using ClutchTick at any time and request deletion of your account.

6Service “as is”

ClutchTick is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work hard on reliability, we don’t guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.

7Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We’ll revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide clearer notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
